Yōkobo is designed to welcome you and cherish the little moments of everyday life. It is a modest object stays in the entrance of home that welcomes people passing by. It expresses the atmosphere of the house through information from connected IoT devices. It functions as a key tray for the family and can conveys messages as it moves around.

It is a well-designed robot that mediates human-to-human communication. Although there is room for further improvement in its concept and functions, it has great potential for the future.
