Title "Recent Advances in Na-ion Batteries: Solid Chemistry and Materials Design for High-Performance Electrodes"

<Abstract>
Sodium-ion batteries have attracted increasing attention as a promising alternative to lithium-based energy storage systems. In recent years, significant progress has been made in understanding the relationship between crystal structure and electrochemical performance, particularly for positive electrode materials. This seminar will provide a general overview of recent developments in Na-ion battery materials, with a focus on crystal structure, structural evolution during electrochemical cycling, and their relevance to electrode performance. Current trends and perspectives in materials design and characterization will also be briefly discussed, highlighting ongoing efforts toward the development of high-performance and sustainable Na-based energy storage systems.
