Title | "Terahertz semiconductor frequency combs" <Abstract> Optical frequency comb and dual-comb sources are of great importance for high precision spectroscopy, imaging, communications, etc. In the terahertz frequency range, the electrically-pumped terahertz quantum cascade laser (QCL), showing high output power, broad frequency coverage, high beam quality, have been proved to be suitable for frequency comb and dual-comb operations. In this talk, I will report our recent progresses in high performance terahertz QCLs, frequency combs by employing active and/or passive stabilization techniques, multiheterodyne dual-comb sources using laser self-detection scheme, and stabilizations of dual-comb sources. |
