News Media Coverage Policies and Filming/Interviewing at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT)

The Public Relations Section of the Planning Office has primal responsibilities for media relations at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. All media inquiries such as arranging interviews with or filming faculty/administrative staff members, students and facilities on campus must be channeled through the Public Relations Section.

Please fill in the request form and send it to the Public Relations Section by e-mail no later than five business days prior to your desired interview/filming date. If you have a project proposal, please send it too. After reviewing your request, we will contact you to inform you whether or not we could grant such permission.

※ It may take some time to reply to your request by e-mail. If time is pressing, please call us after sending the request form.

Important reminders

We do not approve any requests which are not relevant to education or research at TUAT.
We may decline requests depending on the contents, such as those for commercial purposes, those with a heavy focus on entertainment aspects, and those which may infringe on the copyrights of a third party.
